Don’t waste your money or your time. I called to get an order for delivery and was put on hold for 5 minutes. I hung up and tried again and waited just as long. I finally got someone on the phone and ordered my pizza. It was at least $15 more than I expected it to be, so I asked about it. I was told that a lot of the items I wanted on my pizzas cost extra (a lot extra)…which is not something I saw online. Upset, I ordered the pizza. However, I was very irritated so I called back to cancel the pizzas. I was told that they had already made the pizzas, they we’re in the oven. I got a ton of attitude from the guy, which made up my mind for me. My husband and I told him we wanted to cancel. To make a long story short, he literally told us he didn’t appreciate us, cussed, and then hung up. He didn’t give us any confirmation that they weren’t going to charge our credit card. We called back, and he just told us that they didn’t have a manager on duty and he hadn’t gotten to doing it yet. My husband tried to be very civil and get everything sorted out. The guy we talked to (who was the same guy) got very mad, said something, and hung up again. We can’t even find a way to contact corporate. Don’t waste your money. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else to get pizza.
Excellent and hearty pizza. Our family ordered a half-and-half build-your-own Pizza with 5 toppings on each half, and it was easily one of the best and most value-for-money meals we had during our 4 days in Maui. All the ingredients – bread, cheese & veggies – tasted fresh and flavorful. One large pizza is good enough for 3. The only downside being that there are only a few tables for dine-in, and we had to wait around 20 mins. But it was well worth the wait… Highly recommend!!
We loved your pizza and garlic bread but we had some issues with the order,Well we had the order and we ordered it and they said it would be done in 15 minutes, but when we got there they havent even started it! We didnt even get a discount! No hate here but we also had another issue. When we did get the order, they messed it up! We ordered 3 pizzas, garlic bread, and breadsticks. We did NOT get the breadsticks that we CLEARLY ordered! Breadsticks are the only thing my daughter eats at pizza places! I hope you learned from your mistakes and I bet you will do better next time, have a great day!
We ordered two pizzas, and we sat outside and watched Mangos just miss falling on passing cars. Bottom line, Prison Street Pizza is a great deal. If you order a large, two slices should be more than enough. I will not hesitate to return. Ice cold bottled water, great pizza and excellent service at decent prices make Prison Street Pizza a must on my list of Maui eateries.
Pretty good pizza and they do half-and-half pizzas so you can try different types. We got the grandma’s and margherita and both tasted pretty good.
Best pizza in Lahaina. I would recommend them every day off the week! The pizza had fresh ingredients and not a ton of sauce. If you’re craving pizza while in the island, this is the only place to go.
Great pizza! We tried the Lahaina Pizza Co. before discovering Prison Street Pizza. We preferred Prison Street…great toppings, thin crust (NY style), and a cute location. Also, you can’t beat the value for the quality of pizza. I would HIGHLY recommend eating at Prison Street Pizza!
