Certainly a bar but an unpolished one. It looks and feels like a place where fun and trouble likely run together. It has a roughish rustic charm. I cant remember the last time I was served an alcoholic drink in a plastic cup. Didnt matter though, and my whiskey neat still tasted pretty good. But, any place with so many security guards around and multiple rough looking dudes milling around even before noon is a place where you need to watch yourself. I liked the place but Id had enough of the atmosphere and finished my drink and left.
This is a bar. For the most part, they have bar food, but the fish tacos are quite nice. They also often have specials that you should consider, as they are sometimes inspired. Great selection of beer, and an ultra friendly and efficient staff. Lots of TVs, so this is a great place for the big game, or just to hang out and watch multiple games. Or sit out front and watch Lahaina roll by. Great neighborhood bar!
