Best shave ice in the entire world! No joke. I haven’t found any anywhere as good as Ululanis. Its smooth not chunky ice, and so many flavor customization options! Makes me miss Hawaii just thinking about their shave ice.
I used to go to Annie’s before they closed down. I was very picky afterwards, a local recommended Ululani’s and I was extremely impressed. The best shave ice ever! Amazing flavours. I love the snow cap and toasted coconut options, next time I am trying it with ice cream at the bottom.
BEST SHAVED ICE EVER!!!
This is the only shaved ice to have. They shave it extra slow and use syrups based in real fruit. I had the mango that was like eating real mango
Unique, Delicious. For a non-descript walk-up window, what Ululani’s is peddling is pure gold: I’ve had shaved ice before, but nothing near this… This was transcendent.I got the double-sour (green apple & pink lemonade) with a snowcap top and macadamia nut ice cream bottom. A true hodgepodge of sugary insanity, but it was DELICIOUS. The consistency of the shaved ice is somewhere between a perfect powdery snow and butter. It’s always a generous serving, but since it’s really just water, it’s not incredibly filling. Perfect if you’re wanting something sweet, but don’t want the weight of a traditional desert.Seriously, after a few days gone from the island, this is the food experience I’m still thinking about.Be prepared to wait if it’s busy: Only two guys can shave at a time, so it can be a little slow, but the service is friendly and talkative. Well worth having some patience, as this is just the cat’s pajamas.
Best shave ice!. I’ve had my fair share of shave ice on Oahu, and none can compete with Ululani’s. The awesome flavors paired with the finely shaven ice is heaven!http://www.wedohawaii.com/
Kids would eat here 3 times a day. We’ve eaten at about 10 different shave ice places during our sunshine pilgrimages to Hawaii and none has topped Ululani’s. The fine consistency of the ice, the sauces which are made from real fruit and cane sugar, and the incredibly friendly staff have turned us into huge fans of Ululani’s. We haven’t indulged the kids’ desire to eat it 3x a day, but they do have a point about how good it is.
