I am Ms. Personality – May I be RUDE to you today?. Ugh! Ok, the food is great, but you have to have patience when placing your order via Take-Out or Dine-In. The young lady that represents their establishment is just ridiculous! Mind you we CHOOSE to eat at Smiley’s at least 2 or 3 times a week. If you are able to get through this young lady’s service and her constant drama (fighting with her baby daddy about bringing items she bought for her kid to daddy’s house or having conversations with and to her friends at the same time as you are trying to place your order) then this is the place for you. This is a family owned business and as wonderful as the family is – they should get rid of her. Who wants to give an establishment their money when they are greeted by Ms. Personality. She acts as if you are just ruining her day by being there. If it does not annoy you (I can’t see how it wouldn’t) it will surely be something to laugh about. And why do people that have the worst customer service ALWAYS want to be in the service industry? These people should be in the back washing dishes! Train your employees to SMILE and remind them that they live in the ALOHA state. She should be PROUD to be in Hawaii. By the way…I am a business owner and she would NEVER make it with me!
Such great, local food!!! Others are right on about the loco moto 🙂 and the people are too nice…stayed open for us to try it! Highly recommend-large portions and superb food!
Yum!!! The loco moco is fantastic, burgers are great and Smiley’s chicken is finger licking good. Service was fast and prices were great. We went in hungry and left smiling! Great food and great value!

Mom& pop joint with simple local fair. Everyone in our party of 6 enjoyed the food, even the young kids. The Smileys chicken was a fav.
