Located on the outskirts of Chinatown. Easy to get to if you have a car, plenty of free parking in their car park. Really enjoyed our meals there. We were surprised that the bakery also served meals. Food was very cheap and huge servings. We could tell that it was authentic Hawaiian/Amerian Cuisine. We ordered:- Loco Moco – Delicious and very big!- Grilled chicken- Beef- CurryAlso ordered a Haupia Malasada. Delicious!

Classic diner eats in a friendly new environment, those new to Liliha might be expecting a more current and refined menu, but us old schoolers know the deal. With so many of the classic diners closing recently over the years it’s nice to see this one still going, hoping they can keep it going for many more. Coco puffs of course are the call for bakery items and you can’t have breakfast there without a grilled butter roll and guava jelly.

    Coco Puff. AMAZING!!!! A must-have.

Out of this world Cocoa Puffs. Amazing! I don’t normally like those types of sweets but the cocoa puffs were so good, I had to buy a 1/2 dozen to fly back home to the mainland with. The brownies were very good as well. A definite must try!!!

  • Mmm..that Was Yummy

Coco puffs are really that good. You have to try them. I don’t have a sweet tooth and I can understand why the locals see them as another form of currency.

Just go here! Enough said. Super tasty food and treats. The diner area is small (only a counter with bar stools) but the wait is well worth it.

Pretty good. Coco puffs, particularly green tea and chantilly, are my favs. Hit or miss with other baked goods. Unfortunately (and surprisingly) many misses. Too bad, as many of their items look fantastic, but miss the mark in taste (e.g., scones look amazing but are completely bland and tasteless). We will still go here though, just for the coco puffs.
