First, this review is considering that the Hispanic options in Oahu are pitiful at best. El Mariachi isn’t bad, per se, but it isn’t necessarily authentic either. The fajitas were well cooked, not too over done. The chicken flauta looked like it was hand rolled rather than pre-frozen but the chicken was barely seasoned. The rice and beans were your normal generic, ‘Meximerican’…on par with any chain Mexican restaurant. Overall, it’s in the solid 3star range.

Not too bad. Food is on point, I’m from San Antonio and I like it a lot. Only thing is the tables are reallyyy close together. Also there is probably only 3 pepper shakers for the while restaurant. So you either have to ask strangers if they’re done with their pepper or just go without. just a little awkward.
Enjoy our food! Delicious!!! Very attentive waiter and waitress, great experience.
