I enjoyed the lemongrass tofu with a green smoothie. The food was delicious, although I admit that I like tofu anyways, they were able to add the needed flavor and texture with the other vegetables, garlic, and lemongrass. I’m not vegan but food like this may persuade me. If your looking to get a healthy fix, the Loving Hut is a good place to go in town!
