Pae Thai no ka oi! (The very best). This is the best Thai restaurant in Honolulu. According to one article, it’s also one of the few places in the US where you can get authentic Thai. Numerous articles written about this place, from local rags to the NY Times. The owner learned to cook from his mother, who sold food in Bangkok. The style is Central Thai.Recommended: Volcano Lamb, Green Curry Beef, Pad Thai Noodle (Chicken), Tom Kha Soup (Seafood, Shrimp, or Chicken), Spring Rolls, Beef Salad.
