One word: awesome. Truly…. One word: awesome. Truly, the food was excellent and the service was friendly. Portions are huge! We’re normally able to finish our meals at restaurants, but we barely made a dent in these.

Tasty. Excellent food! We had a large group and tasted many dishes. Tom Yum, Panag, fish curry… all very flavorful. Please note, Phuket Thai lost their liquor license, so you will need to bring your own. There is a package store a block away (Harry’s) for convenience.Service was great! We shall be back!

This place used to be my favorite Thai restaurant when they first opened. The food was a bit worse every time I returned. My last meal was simply inedible. This was the only time I ever walked out of a restaurant without eating the food. As an additional note they use msg. The whole point of Thai food in contrast to other Asian food is that they don’t use msg. Try Dee Thai or ToThai For.

Exquisite Food & Service. My companion and I had lahp, good fortune salad, made traditionally with beef. Medium hot was wonderfully, bracingly hot with fresh roasted jalapenos, raw jalapenos, roasted sweet red pepper, and cucumbers. The tiny bits of meat were accented by just the faint dressing. Strong yet refreshing. We each had seafood–by far the best thing I put in my mouth, was a combination seafood made with black bean and ginger. Every scallop, shrimp, wedge of curled calamari was perfectly cooked–and the pan sauce was out of this world. We used rice to soak it up–and even took the remaining black bean/ginger sauce from the dish home. The spicy lemongrass seafood combination was also wonderful. Our server was extremely nice yet did not hover. This is how every dining experience should be.

Officially, it’s our favourite restaurant in Hawaii. We’ve had some really great Thai foods including in Thailand and this one comes close to the top – that says it all.

From what I remember I liked the place alot. I was pretty sloshed when I got there. Had the Tai fried chicken. The Tai Tea was the best.
