Customer Service. My boyfriend and I stopped into Serg’s for lunch. There was only one other table there….and they appeared to be family. I asked for a Coca-Cola and the waitress told me they didn’t serve Coke. I then asked for Pepsi and, once again, I was told they didn’t serve it. The waitress then told me they have a variety of flavored juices and Diet Coke. Yes, that’s right, Diet Coke, but no regular coke. REALLY? So, my boyfriend decided to walk over to the gas station next door to get me a can of Coke. We were then told I couldn’t bring the coke into the restaurant. Seriously? We were the only table in there. Apparently they didn’t want our business too bad so we just left.
I love Serg’s Mexican Kitchen!! My fiancee’ cooks there so I am partial to it but I love the tacos!! The prices are affordable…especially Taco Tuesdays! The food is so scrumptuous, chock full of ingredients, cooked with care, and especially I love the avocado and other vegetables. You gotta eat at Serg’s! See ya there
This restaurant is a hidden jewel on the Island. I am one of the lucky ones to discover this place. Let me tell you it is very delicious and good prices for a college guy like me. The flautas and carne asada are Ono!
