Decided to check this place out after hearing about how popular it is for breakfast, and we witnessed the snaking queues for dine-in. We skipped the line & asked for take-out, but still had to wait half an hour for the food.To our disappointment, the food was below average. The garden burgers and macadamia nut pancakes we ordered were decent & average, although nothing spectacular. However, the French toast tasted strongly of ginger and that was extremely off-putting, especially since it was not advertised as Ginger French Toast. We couldnt finish the French toast as we couldnt bear the ginger flavor. The fried rice smelled promising, but upon eating it seemed like they had forgotten to add the salt. It would have been very difficult to eat had they not provided plenty of soy sauce sachets. The restaurant was generally generous with condiments such as whipped cream, coconut milk, maple syrup, etc. – but the food itself was disappointing and expensive to boot.
