Service was pretty awful (had to flag down our frazzled waitress three times to get our correct drink order) and the food was meh. My omelette was fine, but what kind of restaurant doesn’t have any butter on hand? (I was told by the waitress they only have little single serve margarine tubs.) Save your time and money and just get a sandwich from one of the airport kiosks.
Expensive and bad food. We ordered the nachos and fiesta salad. I’m not sure how you screw up nachos, but they did and the salad was terrible. The kids’s Mac and cheese was severely overpriced for a one serving of KD. Eat anywhere else and save your money!
1 hour and 20 mins for caesar salad and burger. We went here hearing that it was the only full service restaurant in the airport. We got there in plenty of time to catch our flight, but had to wait an hour and a half just to get a caesar salad and burger, then when it finally came it was the wrong burger. There were also several waiters and waitresses crowding the kitchen wondering where their orders were and we could see/hear them bringing back orders from customers that finally said forget it and wanted them cancelled. Our waitress however only seemed interested in bringing drinks and taking more food orders, but not actually bringing out food. When asked about the status of our food she ignored me and kept asking my boyfriend if he wanted another drink then eventually blamed the kitchen. If you have half a day to spend waiting for mediocre food that’s way overpriced fine, otherwise go to the fast food places instead.
50 min for Fish Tacos. We wanted beers, and this is the first restaurant we saw. Next time we will walk a little further down the airport to the next restaurant. It took 45 minutes for my friends to get their pork sandwiches, which they were finished eating by the time I got my Fish Tacos. The tacos were soggy. And came with a tablespoon of awful coleslaw. Avoid this place.
Expensive food. We had great service but noticed other tables that were ignored. Food was ok but certainly not worth the price. Only full service restaurant in airport but I would hit the food court next time
Way overpriced, even for an airport. The burgers were good, but Mexican slaw? This is Hawaii…where’s the Mac salad!? Iced tea was instant…yuck. You’d be better off going to the hot dog stand down toward the terminal.
