The best restaurant at Hilton waikilola village. We ate there twice, unfortunately both after sunset but the view was still incredible. Service is excellent with no issues. Our favorites were the surf and turf along with the monchong. Sure the prices are high but worth it. The desert was also impressive.

There is no doubt about how good the position of this restaurant is for a fiery Hawaiian sunset. Almost every table will have there camera’s clicking. The wait staff are pretty accommodating and will assist you getting that ‘perfect’ shot. Then there’s the food & drinks!KPC have an extensive wine and cocktail list that will ensure your in the right mood for your dining experience. We tried the chef’s special Snapper with King Crab and also the 2 lb grilled lobster. Both meals were pretty good. This is a very romantic spot and we actually witnessed a proposal made against the molten sunset. I’m pretty sure she said ‘yes’. Hard not too in front of 100 cheering patrons.A nice night had by all.

Outstanding Evening on the Beach. We arrived on time and met Lily the hostess at the KPC. I asked her for a good table on the ocean. We spent a few minutes at the bar talking story with the two lovely ladies there. They recommended the Monchong.A nice young women dressed in a kimono escorted us to our table in a prime ocean front location facing a magnificent West Hawaiian sunset. Our server’s name was Julio and is was a master of his profession.Playing tourist, we ordered Lava Flows and they came traditionally decadent. We had the Waimea tomato salad with blue cheese and Julio nicely divided the order. The next step was a main course entree selection. They had an Ono special that evening that sounded good, but my BW decided on the Monchong. This fish was amazing. It came with ginger, cilantro, sweet onion, and drizzled with hot peanut oil, and a soy-based sweet sauce. The texture was a cross between Ono and Mahi Mahi.My main event was the Mauka Makai. This was an 8 ounce lobster tail and a petite filet with fresh asparagus and mashed potatoes. Another winner. Our service was nearly perfect, the ambiance was amazing, there was a nice breeze and the weather was perfect, another outstanding night at KPC.

The food was phenomenal and the manager made sure that we were as comfortable as we could be on our anniversary. Great ocean views as well as a beautiful waterfall inside the restaurant.

The seafood pasta and beef tenderloin were amazing! Beautiful atmosphere and delicious food! I would definitely recommend this restaurant!

Way over priced for quality of food with mediocre service. $75 for lobster?! I’ll admit the view outside was fantastic and all the food was good but not impressed for difficulty & price.
