I am not a steak fan, mainly because i want my beef well done and some say one could only enjoy ‘real’ steak if you will have it as rare to medium rare. No thanks. However, given no choice, i tried the offerings at Benihana. I liked the appetizer with buttered, garlic shrimp. The seared chicken was juicy. steak was done medium well, tasted clean and well seasoned. Loved the greens and the vanilla ice cream, though.
