Went there for lunch today; brief walk from the convention center. The well priced buffet appeared to be a bit old, so we went for individual plates at the same price. Loved the scallops with black fungus— scallops were perfectly cooked, mushrooms were soft and flavorful, and big chunks of sift fresh ginger made it zippy. Lots of Asians in there, means it’s pretty realistic. I wasn’t excited by the chicken with cashew nuts. On second floor of strip mall in a mildly run down neighborhood– look for the Taco Bell! Worth the walk and yummy.
Make reservations! We waited more than an hour to get in on a Monday night. We had the prawns with walnuts, lemon chicken and won tons. It was excellent. I would stick to the seafood if I ever visited again audit is their specialty.
Completely inedible!. I brought several professional colleagues over to this restaurant after reading the glowing reviews and had to apologize for taking them to one of the worst restaurants that I can remember. The buffet was was very small with several unidentifiable items. The service was slow and unresponsive to our concerns. One of our group did not get what he ordered and they refused to fix the situation. Please do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place!
Great Chinese. Crab & lobster lovers paradise… highly recommend…Best Chinese restaurant in our opinion…Aloha, Paul & Myrna
Fabulous seafood. We were taken here by locals and enjoyed a marvelous feast — fresh crab, lobster, walnut shrimp (to die for), seafood stirfry with noodles…. Delectable and great value for money.
The Locals Love It. We were taken here by a person who lives and works in Honolulu, and it was wonderful. We were the only occidentals in the restaurant. Everyone else was either a native or an Asian. And the food was wonderful. I had Lemon Chicken and it was one of the best I had ever had. I really enjoyed the meal here. Our local guide told us that this was better than anything in Chinatown and much safer. We really enjoyed the food.
