This is a personal preference. I like Japanese shabu shabu better, especially for the sauces. The quality of the food was good although the price was high for lunch (about $50 for 2)…we did pick our own soup bases and ingredients so it was easy to get carried away. Had to give a thumbs down since I just wouldn’t go back or recommend this place.
