If you’re looking for authentic Japanese soba, Inaba is the place to go. Prices start at about $12. I had the Tempura Oroshi Soba which also comes with your choice of white rice, edamame rice or zakoku rice (a healthy rice w/lots of fiber). I chose the edamame (soy bean) rice which came with pickled vegetables. The tempura on top of my soba was shrimp, carrot and an eggplant. Everything was very tastey. The staff is very friendly and will help you decide on which soba you might enjoy. If you decide you’d rather have your soba hot when the menu says it’s cold, they will accomodate you. As I mentioned if you’re looking for an authentic Japanese soba place, this is the place to go. It seems quite popular too. We got there at about 1245pm and they only had counter space. After we were seated, people started lining up.
