  Oxtail soup was excellent. Big crowd at lunchtime, service was good and friendly. Worth waiting for.

  Great Pho. I love Pho and my wife and I decided to try Pho Bistro 2 the other day. The Pho was delicious. Much better than what we get back home. The broth is very rich and flavorful which to me makes or breaks the pho. My only complaint is that the place was really sweltering. There seemed to be no working a/c and there were no fans going to circulate the air. But the food was great so that was a minor inconvenience.

  Never Again. I’ve been to this place a number of times…but this last one was the worst. The waiter felt it was more important to oggle girls than serve his customers. It took him forever to take our orders, and still he found a way to mess that up. I ordered a large pho and he gives me a large bowl. I compared the pho to my wife’s and it was the same amount of noodles, just more soup.I’m really disappointed with them and wouldn’t go back. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Guess I gotta see if Pho Bistro is better? But I doubt it.

  Great Vietnamese Food. Pho Bistro is the best Vietnamese restaurant in Hawaii. I have eaten Vietnamese food for 20 years, and Pho Bistro is the best. Their lemongrass chicken is outstanding. Their pho is terrific. I know many people who come only to enjoy their ox tail soup. It is a clean and attractive restaurant. The staff is very friendly.
