Paradise. This place is seriously a vegans dream come true! Friendly service with amazing selection.
I love Down to Earth! I never get tired of it. It’s all vegetarian. They have a food bar where you can create a plate with a little of this and a little of that…or you can make yourself a bowl of soup (they usually have three kinds…red Thai is delish), order a sandwich, wrap, veggie burger…grab a ‘manapua’ from the case…just don’t grab the pizza…that’s one thing they don’t do right there-in my humble opinion that is! 🙂 The refrigerated case near the cashiers has super quick take out options like ’emerald sesame kale’ (try it!), tofu salad, sandwiches, and zaru soba….and cold deserts like vegan tapioca and tofu chocolate pudding. They also have an entire health food store full of drink options, or you can order a fresh pressed fruit/vegetable juice or smoothie. I usually go for lunch, but they open at 7am, and have organic coffee and lots of breakfast treats as well. 🙂 Yum!

Buffet has mostly vegan options. Things I tried were very yummy! (I only tried the vegan stuff.) They have pizza by the slice with a few different vegan choices. I’m def going back and will miss it when I have to go home.
