Like others have stated, the BBQ pork is good, ask for a side of their BBQ sauce, bc you’ll want more; it’s yummy. Comes with homemade sweetroll bun. Their duch apple pie is good too. Music on Sat night. 50’s diner style with a Hawaiian flair.
Local hang, very good food.. This is a place that I don’t think needs to hang a big sign out on the belt road nor does it need to advertise. It has excellent food…perhaps some of the best on the island. And even more surprising if you hit it on a Friday or Saturday night, you will find that it perhaps has some of the best local music in town. Between me and my wife, we had the fresh Ahi-tuna burger (no bun/paleo) and I had the macadamia nut encrusted Chicken. Outstanding…Totally worth the trip. Just drive by the other places in town and look South. Its accross the street from the grocery store.
Neat place…tried the Mahi sandwich thinking it was fresh since I was in Hawaii, but it was a frozen preformed patti…the burgers looked good though and the deserts are freshly made…
Great local spot. Simple food but the ingredients are high quality. Staff are all local, casual and engaging. Definitely worth a visit if your in the area and want a simple Hawaiian experience.
Not much else around to choose from BUT even if there were, this place has great food. Ate there 3 times during our vacation and was consistently good every time.
Everything is great here! Don’t leave without a piece of the very best bannana cream pie!
