Horrible Horrible Customer Service. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE……..makes me think that the reason this guy has his place in Hawaii is because he couldn’t cut it in Japan where the customer service is nearly always second to none. Why do I say this? Well let me start at the beginning.We go in and my friend orders a handmade shaved ice (snow cone for you non-locals) coffee flavor. The handmade coffee flavor is horrible. I mean it tastes like he ran water through some coffee grinds and then put that sauce into some shaved ice juice then poured it on the ice. Well we did order it so we have to just have to put up with it, but because it is sooooo horrible I just go to the counter and order a mango flavor that we know tastes good. I stuff my dirty napkin into the still coffee shaved ice and they don’t even bother to ask why we don’t want to eat it. Now THAT is BAD Customer Service. They should ask but they won’t because they simply are in it for the money. Okay so I spent $2.62 for the first one then I spend another $2.62 for the mango one. As if that wasn’t bad enough….I order a bowl called Oyako Don (eggs, chicken and rice) and the eggs are raw. Nothing wrong with that, but I like the eggs cooked more so I ask them to cook my eggs more. They serve it in a foam bowl and they proceed to put my foam bowl and food into the microwave. Now even a moron knows that the bowl will melt if left in there long enough, but that is not my concern as much as the microwave heats up the foam and the chemicals in the foam leach into the food. I tell them that it’s not good and they just act like they don’t know what I am talking about. They are real jerks. Later an employee leaving says something to me in English and I realize she can actually speak English so I tell her that I wasn’t happy about the whole cooking my foam bowl thing. She tells the owner who proceeds to do absolutely nothing about it. This shop owner is not good. He is just in it for the money and he doesn’t care about the customers. Please do not patronize this place.
