Usually the service is great. And the food is great. But I have noticed there is always new workers and some of them are downright rude. I have heard some of the workers refer to people as old, like the cook would come out and ask who is this plate for and the worker tells the old guy over there and not even softly which probably pissed the guy even more because his burger was cold. And some of them, they really need to be taught how to deal with customers. You charge a card twice, explain to them in a way where say I am sorry I do not see this charge on our side at this moment. Let me research, not argue with them like a 2 year old. I would be fired if I talked that way to a customer. I usually eat there every weekend but no more.
Do not get the Chicken Katsu or Chicken Katsu Curry. The worset I have ever had. The third time I ordered it for some unknown reason and all three times it was burnt with the burnt taste in it. This time I had curry on it. The worset curry ever. Even the curry tasted like burnt tobacco sauce. The service was ok and the price was the only good thing of this visit.

Food was ono!. Chen’s will never let you you down. They give a generous amount of food for an affordable price. Their $5.76 special deals are the way to go if you are on a budget. This special comes with two scoops of rice, choice of one entree, a side of vegetables, and a 20 oz. drink. This is a great deal and you will not be disappointed, I guarantee it! I hope this review helps your decision on where and what to eat!
