What a great hole-in-the-wall! The waitresses were super friendly and chatty and took the time to explain the dishes to us, seeing that we were tourists. I ordered the Kanak Attak dish and it was a great sampling of various Hawaiian dishes. Finished my meal with the Molten Lava cake and it was the best I’ve ever had!
Was a Fan. Ordered the kalua pig plate and was asked if I wanted toss or mac salad? Thinking it came with the meal, I said mac. Later to discover, I was charged $3.99 extra for the mac salad. Did not realize it until after leaving the restaurant. Shame on me. But shame on waitress.
Nice, friendly, fast service. Try one of the Hawaiian specialties.
