Like my mom’s chicken curry.. Hands down the best indian food on maui. If you’ve never tried Fiji Indian food, Jini’s curry is a must. She has chicken curry, and a mix of other curry’s on her menu. It changes up everyday. She has fresh rice, and roti to go with your curry of choice, and dessert to end your meal. It’s all home made. It’s an amazing experience and it reminds me of my moms cooking. I never leave maui without visiting Jini’s Curry. She is a wonderful person with a kind heart, and a talent to satisfy you soul.
