I was excited to see a manapua to go stand established in Wailuku. We bought traditional char Siu and a breakfast version with egg and Portuguese sausage. Unfortunately, when we got back to our hotel room the breakfast ones were teriyaki chicken. The Char Siu were not as flavorful as others I have had over the forty plus years of eating manapua and the filing was too dry.
