Sesame flavour was a little too strong. If you love pork you’ll live this place as it’s about 1 and a half cms thick compared to other ramen. Broth wasn’t as balanced as you’re used to as the sesame oil flavour overpowered the dish.
Came to check it out cus I heard it was better the gomotei .The place was alot less busy and got a seat right away. Ordered the tan Tan ramen with dumplings and loved it. So much flavor in the broth. The service was quick too.If u want good ramen in oahu, then check this place out for sure. It wins in the ramen department
The best ramen place I’ve tasted so far on ‘Oahu!!! I recommend the charsiu tantan ramen.
Goma Ichi Ramen. Other than being in Japan, I don’t think you’ll find a better bowl of ramen anywhere. This is one of my favorite noodle shops in Hawaii! The menu is limited but what they offer is excellent. Try the Char Sui Tan Tan, you won’t be dissapointed.
