Oh garlic heaven. Totally worth driving in for! And they’re free!

Pasta is made on site and was well cooked. I had pomodoro and added a side of steamed veggies to be combined into the dish. Husband had meatball and sausage marinara. Both were good and fresh tasting. No limoncello so I had a mojito. Good service too.

I used to like coming here but it’s just not good anymore. It’s like they forgot to put the garlic on the garlic balls and that has always been the main attraction here. There has been a steady decline in the quality of food here and all that is left now is the grease stains of what used to be a nice resteraunt.

Have to comment on the hostess & waitress we had for lunch. It wasn’t quite as busy as usual but the hostess that sat us was unpleasant. I wish I got her name but wasn’t in the mood to confront a already miserable looking women. Then as the waitress came to our table she too was a grouch. Our lunch (10/12/11 2:00 pm) was miserable & we definitely won’t be going back anytime soon.

My husband and I love this place!! Once seated the service is fast and food comes fast. Free garlic knots and dinner portions are more then generous . Have to say my fav dish is the chicken parm dinner. As far as Italian goes on the island this is the closest to mainland Italian as we have found. My Hubby is beyond picky and he loves this place!

Only reason to go is the free garlic balls they serve other than that the pasta you can make at home. Sauce tasted like it was from the can nothing special.

This place is alright. I thought it would be better. It’s a try once kind of place. Nothing to special .
