What Hawaiian fish is all about. I you seek the freshest catch, prepared perfectly, the Dolphin is where you would want to be. I have been going to the Dolphin in Hanalei for years, and was delighted that they have opened in Poipu, near my hotel. So far this week I have had fantastic Opah, Monchung and Ahi – all absolutely delicious. There is also a fish market there, should you want this to cook at home. I’m a foodie, and the Dolphin is great (and much less expensive than many other venues, to boot)!

Andrew makes tasty creation that meets every expectation of an experience sushi eaters! 🙂 A must stop on the south side for sushi and friendliness.

Sushi was awesome! Chowder was awesome! Fish tacos were awesome! Service was… Awesome! 😉
Fantastic food, but we had a small hiccup with my sushi order. Everyone else ordered regular entrees and due to the mishap my sushi arrived after everyone else had eaten. BUT! My sushi was unbelievably good, our server handled everything with wonderful grace, and they comped me a roll. Definitely want to give it a second shot.
Great food, slow service but that’s the island way !! A must try ,if you like sushi !
