  Absolutely amazing… Delicious food all around-from the seafood people and the beef people at the table, appetizers to desert. Fantastic service by Dallas & Nate, and a gorgeous view with fun splashing koi fish and cute birds to boot! Definitely a highlight of the trip and plan on returning every visit possible

  This is a hard review to write because I was under the weather when I ate at the restaurant so I didn’t enjoy it as much as I normally would have.The restaurant itself was very clean, and had excellent ambiance overlooking the koi pond at the Grand Hyatt with the ocean crashing on the beach in the background.I had the prime rib medium rare, it was cooked to perfection. The truffled au jus was decent, I’m not a truffle fan myself but it was one of the better truffle items I’ve had. The most interesting part of the meal was lavender goat cheese mashed potatoes – not a combination I would have ever thought up, but they were delicious.I finished off dinner with their molten chocolate lava cake which was also amazing. My only complaint here is while the ice cream had excellent flavor its consistency was very icy-crystal like.Overall I’d highly recommend this restaurant.

  We had a great experience. It’s located in the Grand Hyatt in Kauai. The food was excellent and the atmosphere is hard to beat as the restaurant is surrounded by beautiful Koi ponds. Can’t wait to go back.
