The view was absolutely beautiful, but that was the most impressive thing about this place. Food wasn’t bad, but not my favorite. No interest in going back there with all the other great options around. If you like stuffy environments then it may be your thing.–after all it’s at the St. Regis.
Went here when I was visiting my friends on Kauai and we are here one night. The cocktails were really good and put together thoughtfully. The location is breathtaking (but pretty much every view is). I ate the spicy tuna roll and kale salad for dinner. While the food was hands down delicious, it wasn’t mind blowing. I would most definitely come back during a different visit.
Save your money. The expectations were high for the Kauai Grille at the St. Regis in Princeville, but it fell far short of our expectations. The service was okay, but the food was not good at all. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting the Princeville area.
