Breath-Taking views of the Hawaiian coast line. This pool-side grill sits under a large gazebo at the far reaches of the stunning St. Regis property. Although it sits slightly off to one side of the pool, the restaurant offers stunning views of the ocean. The menu has sandwiches, salads, appetizers and a nice selection of specialty cocktails, as well as beer and wine. The cheesburger is a messy concoction of lettuce, tomato, delicate Maui onion rings and a perfectly cooked patty stuffed between two slices of a hearty, but ever so slightly sweet egg bun. The pork sliders are served on miniature versions of the same egg bun — again, perfectly cooked meat filling. The service is just a little slow but how can you possibly complain with that stunning view!
