Extremely overpriced and terrible service. Mahi was undercooked, Filet (8oz) was good but $62 ala carte, plus sides totaled one meal an average of $120 not including wine at $20 a glass. Waiter added $48.95 tip for a large party when it was 3 adults and 3 small kids, and waited the table in 25 minute increments only visiting a handful of times. If the meal was good we’d have gladly paid the price, however we left feeling as though we were ripped off.

Mediocere. Dined today at Bali, had the seafood platter with sides of roasted asparagus, lobster gratin potatoes and coconut rice.Seafood platter was good, the dipping sauces did not in any way enhance the platter, seafood was fresh and well presented.Asparagus was cold ( I believe grilled asparagus is to be served hot). Potatoes did not seem to have any lobster, just mashed/whipped with cheese. Rice had no coconut flavour. My husband will not eat coconut and he ate this rice!Service was mediocre, they seem to try and be upscale restaurant service but are only moderate at best. For example. We ordered a bottle of proseco to start. When presented with the glasses I asked for a new glass as there were lip marks still on the glass I was given . the waiter brought a new glass, he commented that it was just water marks on my glass, I said no, there were the previous users lip marks, he advised I was mistaken. Cardinal rule in customer service, if the glass is dirty, you do not argue to what degree, it should never have be presented to your guest. We had anticipated dining here again before we departed Waikiki, I cancelled that reservation after this meal.

Yummy Kailua Pork and Pineapple pizza , but the service was pretty awful. It’s worth a try, but I don’t think we’ll be going back.
