Been here for drinks a couple of times including last night. Its a gorgeous little spot alrighty. Right on the water at one point and the lovely warm ambient temperature and gentle breeze off the water make for near bliss if you get the right table. We havent done a meal here yet like Cino’s Mum and Robot.tomato.space, and probably would have to extend the mortgage at this point to do so. For the moment, G&Ts and martinis will have to do. Next trip for sure.
Poke is trending like crazy back home but I gotta tell you nothing compares to poke pupus (island tapas) under an iconic banyan tree with fabulous Waikiki beachside cocktails. Nothing. Yellowfin tuna so fresh it melted in the mouth, umami-packed sauce & shredded nori all over sushi rice & topped with pops of bubu arare. Superb. Refreshing guava limeade, flawless moana mai tais & attentive table service rounded out the morning nicely. Is it tourist prices? Yes. Did we care? Absolutely not. Of all the beachside hinjinx we had (and there were many)…this was our fav!
Love this place. Amazing views, great service, great food, casual atmosphere and live music. My favourite bar in Waikiki. Tried the nachos, fries with aioli, Surfrider Thai cocktail and blue Hawaii cocktail. All delicious. I’ll be back one day!
A perfect place to relax with great views of Waikiki Beach. Our smoothies were refreshingly delicious and thick and the fries dipping sauce was really good. Great place for tourists.
Is it a tourist trap? Sure. Are the prices high? Of course. Is the view amazing and are the drinks refreshing? Absolutely.You know what you’re getting into when you’re sitting at the Westin Bar overlooking the beach of Waikiki. Probably not a place you want to go on a budget, but damn, you can’t argue with that view. Definitely the place to go for people and beach watching.And despite their cost, the drinks are pretty amazing. Maybe one of the best Pina Coladas I’ve had, but honestly that may be the alcohol and the bliss talking.
