Highly recommended for an Aussie style breakfast. We had the famous ricotta pancakes. A week after and Im still dreaming about it. They were absolutely delicious! The ricotta beings a slight saltiness and creaminess to the pancake. The perfect contrast to the sweet bananas and maple syrup. Its so light and fluffy at the same time. It was served with burnt caramel butter. Yum! Yum! Yum! I must also mentioned that the coffee is not too bad. One of the few places in Hawaii that does flat white.

Our best meal yet in Waikiki. Fresh food, not processed ingredients. Service top notch (thanks to our fantastic Brazilianserver). My wife had the Tomato Mozzarella pizza, beautiful crispy base, creamy mozzarella. Yum. My daughter the Orecchiette pasta with Pancetta, new to the menu yesterday I understand, was very tasty (I had a few mouthfuls until I was slapped away).Mine was the free-range parmesan crumbed chicken schnitzel with creamed corn, I substituted the fennel slaw for their herb fries. Cleaned my plate, fresh and tasty. Would do this again in a heartbeat. Have never ordered creamed corn before, will do so again now I have experienced Bills, had a beautiful spice to it, would love to know how they did this. For dessert, daughter had the watermelon jelly, again I was slapped away from taking too much. My wife and I split the popcorn and salted caramel sundae, so new it isn’t even on their online menu, next time I will order my own as we fought for every spoonful. The beer was cold and perfectly drawn, as it should be. And they had New Zealand SauvignonBlanc on the menu by the glass. Had several. Yum.Compared to the meal at 3 times the price the night before at Alan Wong’s, Bills is a much better bet. Unpretentious, full of flavor, in a modern decor that is warm and inviting, made us want to stay all night.Waikiki needs more restaurants of this caliber and style, Great to see the Aussies teaching the Americans how to eat fresh and tasty food!!!Apologies for the poor photo’s, they don’tdo the food justice.
