Been many times! Great yummy food and everything is fresh and healthy! Using great olive oils and herbs, and garlic ordered the crispy skinned salmon (only once was it slightly salty) but still Delish with veg and the fish (mongchon at the time) also great with grilled veg, lasagna and spaghetti and duck also great but defiantly don’t skip their great tiramisu! Very nice service also!
The spaghetti bolognese I had was so bad. It was average to say the least. However, the staff was super nice. The only let down was the food. Especially since it costs too much for what it was.
Slightly pricey for the average person, coming in at approximately USD$30 a dish. However the service is amazing, every dish on the menu is beautifully balanced and bursting with Italian flavours. Their beverages as well are very well done and the atmosphere holds an elegant yet cosy aura where it is appropriate for friends and family to take part in a beautiful dining experience. When in Waikiki everyone must make their way to the Hilton Village and have a special night at Fresco Italian Restaurant
Probably one of my favorite vacation spots for dining of all time. Fresco in Waikiki offers beautiful outdoor or indoor dining, friendly staff and delectable eats with a variety of gluten free and dairy free options. We enjoyed gluten and dairy free pasta with salad multiple times during our visit and look forward to returning. noshandnurture.com
Worth a visit – get a seat bythe window.. We arrived early and were shown to a great table by an open window with a view of the marina and soon to arrive sunset. We were well looked after by Carlos that provided friendly and efficient service for our group. We had the shrimp cocktail (memories of long ago) and the calamari fritti, they were acceptable but most of the crumb had come off my calamari and they weren’t crispy. Then the linguine catch was great, lovely subtle favours and a good selection of clams, octopus and mussels. Others had the seafood soup, this was the stand out meal, robust and full of flavour, spicy with a lovely claw to enjoy. All in all we have a good night and would be worth a return visit.
Called fresco to order a take away meal for our young child tonight only to arrive to collect it and they said they didn’t have spaghetti and meatballs left so we had to order something else told to wait at the bar until another dish could be made only to be told that they are now making new meatballs so waited again for the original dish we ordered to arrive! When we bought it back to the hotel the meatballs were completely raw! The restaurant did invite us to return it and get a refund however it’s very disappointing that we had to make two trips to end up with no meal for the night! Real shame as the Menu looked inviting however we won’t return
Most everyone’s food looked. My Cesar was good. I liked the spaghetti sauce but found the meatballs not to tasty. The veal was great. Nice dining experance.
