After eating at Sansui in the Marriott two days prior, Furusato was kind of a let down. I ordered a rainbow roll and every piece fell apart as I picked it up. The taste and quality was okay at best. with a drink and bowl of soup, my bill was over $35. To be clear, the sushi was not back to bad… It just wasn’t that good either.
Only one vegetarian option, and I thought it was just okay. My wife did say her dragon roll was good, though.
Great Service, pretty good sushi!
A disappointment. Overpriced. Nice atmosphere. If you want real Japanese sushi go elsewhere… And for a better price. Difficult to fin anything that could be considered a meal for under $20. And I don’t eat much.
It’s one of the best sushi places I’ve ever been to. So good and cozy atmosphere.
