Yum. Try the tofu cup–it’s exceptional! It was so good we got another one for dessert.
Not a good dining experience.. The service was extremely slow and unacceptable for a few orders of simple rolls. The regular rolls arrived just as we were getting up to leave. Upon complaint to the management there was no response or accommodations made to rectify the bad experience thus far.The unagi and spicy tuna rolls were sloppy and the Volcano roll was bland tasting. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time and money here when there are other options just around the corner on Kalakaua Ave.
Food is very good and the service as well but the price is a bit expensive side…
This is definitely not your average fusion-Japanese restaurant. The food maintains a Japanese sensibility and crossing over just enough to tempt the palate of an American tongue. Although it appears pricey, they give you alot of bang for your buck. The sushi is excellent, rivaling the street restaurants in Tsukiji. The service was very attentive and kind (not pretentious like those in other high end restaurants). If your craving some good food, you gotta make it here.
