We arrived from the mainland in the afternoon and had ocean view reservations at 6 p.m. Reservations are highly recommended. Incredible service. We chose the Menu Degustation with a Premiere Wine Pairing. My wifes favorite of the gourmet five star, five course meal was the white asparagus in heavy cream that was served first and not even listed on the menu. Mine was the scallop Witte the cuttlefish leaf topped with caviar butter sauce. This place is special for its ambiance, view, service and superb food.
