We werent after a big meal, more something casual and we were happy to get in easily as a walk-in to Momosan. Its mainly ramen, and a simple menu but there are some interesting variations. Husband had the Tsukemen, noodles with a dipping sauce that they warn you to NOT POUR OVER THE NOODLES. I had the cold tan-tan noodles, a sort of spicy coconut broth with minced pork. In both cases, the homemade ramen was wonderfully chewy and fresh, and so both dishes were interesting and perhaps unexpected. We also had a grilled hamachi collar, with charred lemon to squeeze over it and it was OHMYGOD good. All this plus two beers at happy hour prices… We were happy. andyquan.com
