Terrible. Over 75 minutes to be served our food. Waiter said he was going to comp our whole mesl, then brought the check and said manager only okd 20% off. Food was average at best. Not a place to bring kids or if you want quality and good service… should have hit the drive thru at Burger King instead.
Unfortunate, really.. I chose this restaurant based on it being decently rated on here and it being a little off from the busyness. It had a chill atmosphere and I didn’t expect the food to be amazing, but mine wasn’t even cooked. I ordered a specialty burger with deep-fried pickles, only to receive it without pickles! The server told me that I said no pickles, when I had actually said no tomato. Why would I order a pickle burger with no pickles? I mean, mistakes can happen, so I just asked for some pickles on the side, which she forgot to get. Being starving, I started to eat my burger anyways, but it was rather pink in the middle. It seemed like it would have been pretty good if it had been cooked and if the pickles had been there. The fries were kind of cold and it took a long time for everything. I wanted to like this place more than I did. The server really didn’t take ownership over her mistake, or show sympathy which didn’t help. Sadly, I don’t recommend this place.
