The food was good. The waiter was excellent. We enjoyed the Thai food. A little on the heavy side but we enjoyed the food and service. Everything tasted fresh and service was prompt.
Thai’s in our top 5 cuisines, which is why we picked this place for our Valentine’s dinner when in Honolulu. Noi looks every bit upmarket and fine dining (loved the center pool but having the candles lit would’ve made it look less like a mini-lap pool and more the romantic centre piece it was meant to be), the service was polite but strained, and the food we ordered was on par with what we’d get from a local suburban Thai cafe (excepting the prawn cakes, clearly Noi’s were exceptional as per hubby’s report). We ordered 2 glasses of wine, which were clearly off – the bartender either didn’t check the wine before they poured, or they hoped we wouldn’t notice our drinks tasted more of vinegar than Pinot Grigio. Our server was gracious as we quietly told her, she took the glasses back and returned with an admission they were poured from an open bottle and then cracked open a new bottle for us. Kudos to Noi for admitting the hiccup. The atmosphere was romantic and classy (especially if you pretend you didn’t see the big screen TV above the bar on your way in) and some of the dishes passing by us looked impressive. They promised us heaven and they delivered in abundance. It’s very these days where a place boasts of b big the best and awarded so many awards for them to deliver on the. Oh stage but that what took place here.The food was fantastic with flavones in abundance bursting at the seams. Service was on point and attentive. Price was a little on the high side but with food this good, who’s complaining
