We went there on a recommendation but it turned out not to be any good. We had the Kotobuki and left hungry, really at $95 per head it’s a joke! Also the chef was not animated and didn’t seem to care whether we were there or not. Can’t recommend this place at all.
As per the last reviewer our chef was not at all entertaining – other tables we watched had so much fun – our Chef was nothing like the one advertised in the film on street level – very disappointing
Nice evening. The food was great but unfortunately our chef was not entertaining at all, perhaps he was inexperienced. One does not go there to really experience the company of dinner companions as the table/cooking station is not set up for this. Rather the enjoyment comes from the antics of the chef and he was a bust.
A sensational evening. This place is brilliant.Went here without a booking at 6pm, was sat at a table instantly and had a superb evening with complete strangers that became friends as the night went on.The food is fantastic, quality exceptional and the chef was superb, funny, entertaining and appealed to the Australians, Americans and Greeks at our Teppanyaki bar.Could not recommend this place any higher it is a 11/10.27 Nov, 2013A seriously awesome night, food fantastic, chef show outstanding, company at our teppanyaki was seriously fun.All up a brilliant place for food, get there at 6 and you should get sorted without a booking

Awesome meal and a fun experience as well. Always a little leery going into a place clearly marketed to the tourists, but I needn’t be. The portions were plentiful, the steak very good, the chicken excellent, and the shrimp and lobster fantastic. The only bad thing is the meal eventually ended.
Good show!. A friend and I went to this place, only because I was craving Japanese food. He had never been to a hibachi style restaurant before, and I suggested he try it, not for the food but for the show. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the restaurant, and the friendliness of the staff. Although the majority of the guests were Asian tourists, I did not feel out of place by our chef. The steak and shrimp were both tasty and I would say that the highlight of the show was the musical melody created with the utensils and the onion volcano. Good times good drinks, good food and friendly staff will always treat you right here. Enjoy this show, I highly recommend it!
