Dinner 2 nights ago after booking in anticipation as it always looked busy and popular. Still had a 15 minute wait for our table which was unoccupied. Wait staff pleasant but take themselves a little too seriously perhaps. We both had fish and although nothing wrong there was nothing outstanding about the flavours. A bit ho hum. I might have tried again another night but there are others restaurants with more tasty food and happier atmosphere. GB
Enjoiyed the food, service is a little to formal. We had good friendly service here with the restaurant having a clean and fairly formal look and feel. Our party of four settled in to their outdoor covered area for a relaxing meal. The selection of appetisers is fairly limited and the cold appetisers are only available on a sampling plate. Having said this the warm Seafood Afogato is a real standout and simply terrific in its flavour and medley of seafood – try this and you will not be disappointed. The wines here are mainly in the expensive range although you should still be able to find a few that are reasonably priced.
Better food than most. One of only a few I would revisit at WaikikiWell cooked and presented food, good service. Prices a little high
This is a two star restaurant dressed up to look five star. The starter special was drowned in oil and the vegetables that accompanied the main must have been cooked by the same person as they were designed to block arteries. The fish was the saviour but portion sizes were for a bird. The waiter was MIA from time to time. All up I would be pushing to rate it 5/10. Vote with your feet and dine elsewhere there are plenty of options in this price range.

Underwhelming and overpriced. Entree size prawn pasta only had 3 prawns. The crab pasta looked and tasted like mush. The spinach in Our green salad had seen better days. The host at the front desk had a terrible attitude. The only shining light was Our sever that was very nice and apologetic about our meals. Better options elsewhere.
Gone downhill. This has been a favorite of mine for years. Went end of last year and sorely disappointed. The service was not good. The waiter shouted everything in a loud voice so when other people ordered you could not hear your conversation. They then kept me waiting 35 minutes and forgot the appetizer. After another 20 minutes the appetizer came. I was surprised the entre did not look like they had just kept it warm. The portion size has virtually halved since my last visit in Summer 2012. The food is still very enjoyable but service issues and portion size really mean here are other options which are more enjoyable and satisfying. Shame because it used to be a hidden gem.
