The TR Fireside Grill is the restaurant within the Hilton Garden Inn’s location in Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii. We were staying at the Hilton so we thought we would give this restaurant a try. Our waiter was good but he talked really fast. We all ordered the brunch… I mean it’s the only option. The breakfast buffet line is a little cramped and the options could be explained a little better upfront. You can get a made to order omelette but unless you have eaten here before it’s not intuitive. The fruit was good and very fresh. The scrambled eggs were a little flavorless. The potatoes were good, pancakes were ok and the sausage and bacon were good but no turkey sausage options. The two omelettes we ordered were good but not exactly what we thought we ordered. Our service was very good for a buffet style. Overall a fair value but room to up their game.
