We found Caffe Coco on a recommendation from frequent visitor to Kauai. The setting is quaint and chic. The outdoor seating area flooring is covered in recycled glass, plenty of space between the tables. The food is on point. Neither my wife or I are vegitarian but simply love tasty food well prepared – that’s exactly what we got. The fresh rolls with peanut sauce were delicious. The pumpkin coconut soup was fantastic. Our entrees were beautifully prepared. The Lilikoi cake (passion fruit) was the highlight for me. We will definitely make a return visit on our next visit to Kauai. 2 tips: It’s BYOB with a $5 corkage fee – choose a nice bottle to help make your evening more memorable. Don’t forget bug spray – the bugs were out when we visited which is often part of the deal with outdoor dining.
