No substitutions on anything because they know what best goes together. So says the manager. So never got past ordering. My wife is lactose intolerant but they wouldn’t substitute potato salad for fries. Just pay another $4 – bye bye.
Went there at lunch around 2 and not many people were there so it was bery quaint and relaxed. The food was delicious, everyone in my party got fish and it was all great. BLT with crab suprised me and tasted great. I Recommend it.
Awesome!. My husband and I got married in Kauai last summer and we had a welcome dinner for our guests at Wahooo. We worked with Tami who did an awesome job. The dinner was amazing. The set up was beautiful, the food was delicious, it was very affordable and Tami was great to work with.
Fresh Fish. Went for dinner. My girlfriend and I both ordered the Ahi 808 which is Ahi prepared 3 ways – poke, sashimi and fried sashimi. Very fresh and good. Service was a bit on the slow side but not objectionable. We were in no hurry and were not bothered by the service. Just slower than the frenetic pace we normally live. I’ve read other reviews that say it was pricey and have to disagree. It is high quality fresh fish on Hawaii. Nothing is going to be cheap, particularly if of good quality. I recommend it.
Go for happy hour as you can sit outside, watch the goats next door and eat at a cheap price. Quiet though, so don’t expect a ton of locals next to you or a lively scene.
Food was fine. We got there at 6:45 and finally got our dinner at 8:10. The children were falling asleep and the grown ups were not happy. The manager gave us ONE free dessert (for 9 of us to share) for our delayed dinner. Will NEVER go there again.
Not bad food but pretty boring. You can find a lot better food in the area and it will be a lot cheaper. Only worth it if you get the two for one coupons from the time share people
