When I came to Kauai I wanted to eat at local places and not chains so the money stays local. Fantastic restaurant, cash only and as local as you can get! Plentiful portions and good home cooking! Highly recommended!

Best Loco Moco half order is enough for 2 almost. Priced right!
Want home cooking?. This is my vote for the best home cooked meal on the island. Best value found in terms of cost and serving size. Try the Loco Moco You may need to go for a 20 mile bike ride or hike but its worth your time and money. -TK
