Just Tacos Mililani is the best! The service at this restaurant is awesome. It was a Friday night, so of course it was extremely busy. For being busy my family and I didn’t have to wait very long. After the short wait we were sat and given menus. The manager Chris was helpful and gave me a few suggestions on food selections. I took his advice and tried the molcajete. That dish had everything chicken, shrimp, and steak. oh so yummy! The bar tender Dave made my Lihing margarita so good! There was no ice chunks like other restaurants and in my opinion it was perfect. Amber my waitress was fast and always checked on me and my family. Definitely an awesome experience and will always go back! Thanks guys you are doing a great job!
Get the ultimate burrito. I’ve eaten here more times than I can count. Always mediocre. The two guys who really like it always be the ultimate burrito– it must be the right thing to get. Chips and salsa are free, and pretty darn good. The drinks look like they could be a lot of the draw, but I am preganant, and those two guys are underage.
Just Tacos Mexican Grill and Cantina turned out to truly be perfect for every occasion!. I have to start by saying that this place makes the best Li Hing Mui Margarita that I have ever tasted. With that being said everything was more than pleasing to the pallet. I am a frequent diner. I have taken it upon myself to be a food critic, because I always have been one at heart. When I find something amazing I have to tell people about it. If it is awful I think you should know that too. This place went above and beyond every expectation that I had, and it passed my checklist of quality and standards flawlessly. We found the place after 2 weeks of island food. My favorite is Mexican cuisine, so I had to seek out my vice. I know Mexican food, so when I walked in and the smell hit me I knew I was in the right place. It had been a long day. Unfortunately it is usually business rather than pleasure that brings me to these places. Anyway, that is how I ended up with the exquisite Li Hing Mui Margarita. There was quite a few people there, as a matter of fact I had to wait to be seated. Still, the hostess greeted me with a warm and welcoming smile and offered me a seat at the bar. By the time I had almost finished my cocktail a table was ready. I noticed that the atmosphere made me feel better. It was festive and fun. It didn’t feel so much like a business trip, but it began to feel like a much needed moment for myself. The server was there in record time, even though they were very busy. I did not feel rushed. He explained the specials, and answered my questions without hesitation or question. I loved the fact that he was so confident and knowledgeable about the food. When he came and took my order he was a very pleasant professional who made me feel glad to be there. I took his suggestion since I wanted a bit of everything, and I could not seem to settle on just one item. I ordered the Papi Platter. It is a sampler plate that has the best of the best on it. The food came fast, it was cooked excellent, tasted great and the portions of guacamole, empanadas, quesadillas, nachos, taquitos and chipotle wings were more than generous. There was definitely a dogie bag involved. I was stuffed, and the restaurant started clearing out. I decided not to break the spell and stay for a few shots from the tequila wall. The facilities and lavatory was clean even after the crowds came and went. The whole experience was more than amazing. I decided on the spot that I would be having lunch there when it came time to close this deal with our client. You just could not help but feel good and positive in this place. I set it all up with management before I left. The following day when we arrived everything was perfect. The setting was fantastic for closing the deal. It was not as loud as it was the night before, and there was less urgency in the staff to get from here to there and back again. They gave just the perfect amount of elusive service that the occasion called for. These are people who really know how to tune into their customers. We had a few cocktails, and everyone had the battered fish fresh from Hawaii. I believe it was called Battered Ensenada style fish with the option to get shrimp instead. It was fantastic.Both visits provided exceptional cleanliness, service, quality and taste. The only thing I can say bad about the place is that they do not have a location back in Louisiana where I am from. The deal was closed without a hitch, and the client was very impressed with my choice of restaurants. I look forward to my next visit, and this is a place that I would recommend to anyone with confidence.

Wow did they get it wrong. The only thing Just Tacos has going for them are the Margaritias, and the bartenders, they are great and make awesome drinks. The food is terrible, my husband orderd a steak burito, his steak was old and smelled funny, I had steak tacos, and my steak was funny and smelled terrrible. Also i have never heard of a mexican restaurant that you have to pay for the chips and salsa. We usually eat somewhere else then stop by for a drink only.
Best Mexican food in Hawaii. The Just Tacos Mexican Grill and Cantina Mililani boast of offering the best Mexican food in Hawaii and I can really vouch to this fact. I had scanned in vain for true Mexican food along the length and breadth of California and my journey has finally come to rest here. The food is great and truly Mexican. To start I had ordered fried calamari and it was better than the best I had eaten at other places and came with chipotle sauce. I would strongly recommend the place if you love Mexican food and would like to devour some really good Mexican delicacies.I would like to strongly recommend the Papi Platter and the Madre Margarita, it’s really amazed taste.
LOVE THIS PLACE. I visited the Ko Olina last week and ran into their Mililani store. I have to say the margaritas were better here in Mililani but the food was very good… usually restaurants can not be consistent but this mexican restuarant did a good job!OH… before i forget the Tequila collection is unbelievable!
