Need better customer service. I really like the chantilly cake. I live in ewa I could have went anywhere else. I wanted to buy a birthday cake from there. So the lady that helped me was very rude. And the writing on the cake was horrible. My 5 year old granddaughter writes better then that. If she doesn’t like her job then she should quit and let someone else work there that like their job! ;(
Nothing compares to my hometown bakery. Their brownies are to die for. I’ve been living away from home for going on 7 years now and I CRAVE their brownies. Like everything, everywhere, prices keep going up. But when I come home, I never fail to stop by Kilani Bakery and buy donuts and brownies like I did growing up. This past Christmas I wasn’t able to make it home for the holidays and my mom asked me what I wanted and one of the items was Kilani Bakery brownies. I shared it with a few friends here in Alaska and they had the same reaction I have everytime I bite into their brownies. Heaven! Absolute heaven. Don’t pass Kilani Bakery up.
