Worst service in the world – do not go there!
Affordable specials!. I have nothing bad to say about this location. The service is always good. There are tons of choices on the menu and I like the happy hour specials. They make a drink and a snack really affordable. It is a great place to come for lunch or dinner. They never make you wait too long to be seated and your food comes out quickly. I have never had my food be cold like some people have said. There is lots a parking. I will continue to eat at this location as I have done for years.
Won’t be back. We tried RT for the second time, hoping for a better experience than our first. Second time might have been worse than the first. Waited 10 minutes in our table before our server could be bothered to help us. She spilled water all over the table and WE CLEANED IT UP. Food was so-so, but the service was such that we will NEVER go back. Hello Chili’s.
Straight up..SUCKS!
Uggh. Food was not that great. service not that great either. the prices were too high and they gave small portions.
They told me the wait would be 5 minutes but it was actually 25. Then we waited another 10 minutes at the table for service. Finally the manager came and took our order. And this was at 1 pm on a weekday! The food was just okay.
I love eating here especially since they changed their menu. And I usually always get good service. But I have to admit, I went there one evening with my boyfriend and I had the WORST service ever! But other than that I love the place.
